Terms and Conditions For Hunnarmand

Introduction

Welcome to Hunnarmand! These Terms govern your use of our platform, which connects customers with verified vendors for services like AC installation, plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and more. By using Hunnarmand, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Customer: A user booking services through Hunnarmand.
  • Vendor: Verified professionals providing services (e.g., electricians, plumbers).
  • Service Fee: Charges paid to Hunnarmand for platform use.
  • Contract: Agreement between Customer and Vendor for service delivery.

2. Scope of Services

  • Hunnarmand connects Customers with Vendors for home/office services.
  • We facilitate bookings, payments, and customer support.
  • Vendors are independent contractors, not Hunnarmand employees.

3. User Responsibilities

Customers Agree To:

  • Provide accurate service details (address, contact info).
  • Ensure safe access for Vendors to complete work.
  • Pay fees promptly via approved methods (cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer).

Vendors Agree To:

    • Deliver services professionally and as described.
    • Carry required tools/safety equipment.
    • Avoid charging extra fees beyond quoted prices.
    • Comply with Pakistani laws and safety standards.

4. Bookings & Payments

    • Booking: Confirmed once payment is received.
    • Cancellation:
      • Cancel ≥24 hours before service: Full refund.
      • Cancel <24 hours: PKR 50 fee deducted.
      • Vendor no-shows: Full refund.
    • Service Fee: Non-refundable; deducted from Vendor earnings.
    • Material Costs: Paid directly to Vendors/shops (excluded from online payments).

5. Guarantees & Refunds

  • 15-Day Guarantee: Valid for AC repairs, plumbing, and electrical services (excludes natural wear/tear or new issues).
  • Refunds:
    • Service issues within guarantee period: Refund via Hunnarmand digital wallet.
    • Material costs: Not eligible for refunds.
  • Claims: Provide photos/evidence within 48 hours of service.

6. Vendor Arrival & Delivery

  • Vendors arrive within 1 hour of scheduled time.
  • Delays due to traffic/emergencies: Customers notified via SMS/app.

7. Data Collection

  • Collected: Name, phone, email, service address, gender (for specific services).
  • Purpose: Account creation, bookings, and service coordination.
  • Deletion: Delete accounts via app or email [insert email].

8. Liability

  • Hunnarmand verifies Vendors but is not liable for:
    • Property damage/theft during service (unless proven Vendor negligence).
    • Disputes between Customers and Vendors.
    • Third-party links or technical outages.
  • Customers/Vendors must resolve disputes directly.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Hunnarmand may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
