Yes! Cancel ≥24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a PKR 50 fee.

Service Guarantees

Yes! We offer a 15-day warranty on repairs (excludes new issues or natural wear and tear).

Contact us within 48 hours with details. We’ll arrange a re-service or refund to your Hunnarmand digital wallet.

Vendor-Related

We match you with the nearest available vendor based on your location and service requirements.

Currently, vendors are assigned automatically for efficiency, but you can request a preferred vendor for future tasks.

Safety & Support

All vendors carry ID cards. We recommend having someone present during the service.

Report the issue immediately with photos. We’ll investigate and assist in resolving the matter.
